The location is very beautiful. That's all. People impolite and rude food low quality price high comparing the Italian average! Never again

Non even 5’ from Piazza di Spagna is a quiet restaurant in an unexpected garden in which you can find maybe by accident when walking around the alleys. The food is really good -there are many healthy selections and dishes for vegan- (part of slowfood movement) and the atmosphere is really unique-friendly with jazz music. It seems like a market where you can shop. There is also a juice bar.
A quite intersting selection of wines at its assets.

Great. I cant speak highly enough about this hidden gem in Campo Marzo. We ate 3 courses of food, drank a delicious rose, and felt each course was perfect. It was also healthful, fresh and very clean food.
Starter...zucchini flowers fried. Delicate, subtle, delicious. Perhaps a tad too oily, but even there, the pill was light and d delicious. Second, grilled calamari with lime and ginger. This was a show stopper. Again, a delicate flavour and gorgeous tender texture. Served with boiled potatoes and a good, rugged bitter greens salad. Loved it all. My partner had grilled chicken which was wonderful. Same salad, similar potatoes.
Dolci? Not often, but given the high quality of everything else we ate...went for a chocolate mousse (flipping ridiculously good) and a cheesecake with fruit (fabulous)....we left feeling we had eaten clean fresh well-presented and beautifully prepared food. Would go back in a heartbeat. Friendly staff, very casual but elegant ambiance, and an extremely good wine list. Highly recommended.

My husband and I happened upon Hosteria today and it looked like an interesting menu so we decided to chance it. The waiter politely advised that they are an Organic restaurant, giving us the info up front. No need, we were down for that! The choices we made were absolutely spot on as well as the service. Rome has been on and off as far as food and service goes so this was a lovely treat!! My partner had the Pasta Carbonara which contained delicious portions of pancetta bacon and a few slivers of pan-seared asparagus. I had a salad with pears, Gorgonzola cheese and walnuts. Both were wonderful! A lovely glass of white that the waiter recommended was a nice compliment. Highly recommend this gem.

We first discovered this little gem when it first opened a couple of years ago, and it’s good to see that today it is constantly busy and buzzing!

The food is high quality and healthy (organic, gluten free options etc) , and the wine list is extensive. Their selection of jazz music accompanies the atmosphere and feel of the place really well. Being away from the Spanish Steps shopping and tourist crowds, you feel like you are in another world in this quieter and more hip end of town.

There is also an organic deli attached to it.

The service is friendly and efficient and the location quite central. Prices are decent too.

Pay them a visit!
