“Excellent! ”

Had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is safe, modern, clean and convenient - easily walkable to Cavour and Republicca stations in addition to Roma Termini, which pretty much covers any sort of destination you have in mind. There is also a convenience store just across the road - great for snacks/drinks.

Potential improvements would be adding a washer+dryer, and possibly changing the flooring in the bathroom to tiles/extending the plastic panel in the bath - a little water from the shower sometimes splashes out onto the wooden flooring; not so much that it's dangerous but can't be good for the wood in the long run.

Many thanks to Andy for his wonderful hospitality - apologies for the wait! - and helpfulness. He speaks English well and was prompt in contacting the telecom company to resolve wifi problems. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome.

This was just a perfect apartment in the middle of hectic rome. Right in the Monti section, within the most secure building we've ever stayed in. Apartment door, literally had about 20 dead bolts, not because it's in a bad area. Just how well made the building is. All new construction and modern. Loved the Monti area, perfect for Coloseum and all other sights within walking distance. Would never ever stay anywhere else within Rome. Found home away from home.

We checked in at 2am after a long flight delay. Andy was great. The apartment is ideally situated to visit central Rome, very nice and functional. I was very sick on the day of checkout and Andy was again great in accommodating us. I would absolutely recommend.

Stayed for 1 night in a 1 bedroom apartment (2 couples). Modern, clean, comfortable. We appreciated a warm welcome by Andy, It is located in a nice part of Rome within an easy walking distance to Termini.

“Great Location, Wonderful Room”

We recently stayed at Green 152 Apartments before disembarking for a cruise. It's location was amazing! It's only a 10 minute walk from Termini station and it's conveniently located within walking distance to all major attractions in Rome - Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and Spanish Steps.

The actual apartment was amazing. Very clean and because the apartments are a little further back from the road it was also pleasantly quiet, even though it's close to major streets. The beds were a little harder than North Americans might like and the sofa bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The courtyard inside was relaxing and peaceful.

Andy was awesome and very nice. Green 152 was accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Check out was easy - all we had to do was leave the key and walk out!

I would definitely stay here again if I was ever to return to Rome. If you plan on staying a while, this place is a definite contender.
