“Lovely apartment, quiet residential area, excellent communication”
Reviewed 14 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Lovely apartment within a residential building, in a residential area west side of Rome in the Trastevere region. Used the taxi fromFuimicino airport which was a standard tourist rate of €48 but the apartment is relatively easy to access using the train/tram from the centre. Walking distance to Colloseum from the apartment around an hour down hill, longer on the way back (uphill). We would recommend walking in though, through some lovely residential areas, where coffees are €1.00 each. If you prefer not to walk, then there is a tram stop a 10 minute walk from the apartment, down hill. Just buy your tram tickets at the local Tabac shop €1.50 each. Tram takes about 15 minutes straight to Piazza de Venezia in the centre, just get on the number 8. Make sure you stamp your ticket on the tram otherwise you may be fined. The communication by the owners was very good. Lovely patio area for outdoor dining. And a small kitchen with everything you need to make a simple super. The bathroom has a spacious shower (no bath). There are restaurants near by for evening dinner but it is a residential area so bear this in mind if you prefer more of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. There is also Rome's largest green park a short walk away and well worth a visit if you enjoy that sort of thing! I would recommend this apartment. Please note that you will be required to pay around €3 per adult per night for Rome Tourist Tax to the owners when you arrive. This is Italian legislation.

“Tidy studio apartment with a patio”
Reviewed 7 May 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Describe the service you experienced
This apartment was easy to find, we came by cab from the Trastevere train station. It was easy to travel from every day the Quatro Venti station is about 5 minutes walk from the front door. The apartment is on the first floor of the apartment building. It is quite, the neighbors are quiet and the street noise is muffled. There is a patio with a small table a great place for coffee in the morning and a drink at night.
This is a studio so it is small but it has everything. Kitchen, storage closets, dishes, pots and pans etc. We liked the bathroom shower a lot. Everything is very new in the apartment sheets dishes etc.
There is a fruit shop at the end of the hill and a pizza, bread and cookie shop near the station. It is very good and they are very nice.

“Great apartment in a nice green area of the city”

The apartment is having a lovely modern design but in the same time very functional and comfortable. Perfect for a couple, even for a longer stay.
It is situated in a green area close to Vila Pamphili. The are is nice but it's not in the city center. Although convenient transport is available. I loved the terrace where you can have a nice breakfast outside or drink a glass of wine/beer in the evening.
I would definitely consider the property for future visits in Rome :)
The property is very well maintained and I was impressed of how unimpeachable clean it was.
