“A must visit in Rome!”
Reviewed 13 September 2012

This charming, boutique style hotel is a must visit in Rome!! We celebrated our wedding in Rome and booked all the rooms at this hotel for our guests for a weekend. The charming and “hidden” entrance made the first impression of the hotel very unique. All the rooms are spacious with lovely interior. We held our wedding ceremony in the 2000 year old ruins of the Roman forum – inside of the hotel! The staff was unbelievable service minded and did a great job assisting us with booking of restaurants, flowers, etc. during the planning process of the wedding. When we got back to the hotel from a stressful day, the staff came with champagne to our room; complimentary from the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel if you are interested in staying at a small, unique, luxury hotel, with a 7 star service (out of 5 stars) in the heart of Rome! Thank you, Hildur and the rest of the hotel staff for making our wedding day and our stay in Rome very special!

This hotel is the ONLY place I will stay in Rome. The staff are amazing, and they always go above and beyond. We were in Rome for a few days before our wedding in Positano, and the hotel staff knew this. They upgraded our room from a standard to the penthouse for free. They then gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. The location is amazing, 5-6 minute walk from the Colosseum and right across from the Roman Forum. It is nestled on a back street so there is no city noise. Take advantage of the 5-8 complimentary "snack" time on the top floor, and be sure to eat outside to take advantage of the beautiful view. The Inn At The Roman forum has a customer for life, and I will always reccomend this place to my friends, family, and fellow travelers. This is my 2nd 5 star review for this hotel for good reason, both stays were amazing and we will be going back this winter to enjoy rome in a different light.

We had a fantastic time at the Inn at the Roman Forum. It was a great central location to many attractions including the Colosseum and the museum capitol. The accommodation is very charming and the view when having breakfast on the rooftop is wonderful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the garden suite which overlooked the cutest little garden on the rooftop. The staff were very friendly going out of there way to assist us with all of our questions and needs. Breakfast each morning was great. We didn't find any negatives here hence the 5 stars :)

Room Tip: The garden room is a nice view of a quaint little garden where you can open up the windows.

Visited rome for 3 days with my Mum and I can not talk highly enough of The Inn at the Roman Forum. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was everything a Rome hotel could be. From drinks on arrival, having a look at the ruins on which it was built on to our room, the bar and the food, it was truly amazing. Hildur and Silvia in particular but also the rest of the staff made it feel like nothing was ever to much trouble and, having stayed in great hotels the world over, it was a privilage to stay here, we could not recommend it more and if ever I come back to Rome, I will stay here every single time..

We always book small luxury hotel for our trips and prefer the small hotels instead of a large unfriendly places. We found great deal on their website with prepayment 15% discount and than we had free airport pick up because we stayed 3 nights! Amazing. The hotel is in a small street that is so cute it's like in a small italian village instead of Rome. No cars or any noise. The room was beautiful very large and had good amenities. Roof top terrace was so nice to meet other guest and have a glass of wine and see over Rome. The staff was so helpful and nice and did anything they were asked for. We think we found our special hotel.
