With two people in the family needing gluten-free food, we were thrilled to find this small, local, exclusively gluten-free restaurant that serves delicious gluten-free pizza. We found lots of places in Rome that have gluten-free pasta, but no others that have gluten-free pizza. It is outside the tourist, more central part of the city, but accessible on the Metro on an obscure street that’s a little tricky to find. It was typical Roman-style pizza with thin crust. And they offer “white” (no tomato sauce) and “red” (tomato sauce) pizza with many options for toppings. They also have gluten-free baked goods and pastries.
