Great spot for a breakfast. Loved this place.
Cappuccini are amazing. Pastry and cakes are to die for.

We have been there many times in both branches, In via Tacito and via Colonna.
It's a good spot mainly for breakfast.
Large selection of cornetti, Danish pastries and cakes of any type.
Service is frantic and it's impossibile to ask a question to waiters at the counter.
It looks like a battlefield between too many customers and the owners and the staff, in order to get their order delivered.
That's one reason why we are not that crazy about it. Coffee is good, but not memorable.
Last time we wanted to change a bit what is our constant routine and instead of the usual cornetti, we ordered two Neapolitan curly 'sfogliatelle',which are shell-shaped Italian pastries native to Campania, filled with ricotta.
It was a mistake. At the first bite we realised that they were very cold and not fresh any longer, they tasted stale...probably because they do not have many requests (they are a little expensive at € 2.50 each), they do not bake this kind of pastries every day.
We will never order sfogliatelle there in the future, that is for sure.

We stayed at Armony Suites and this is where we had breakfast each morning. Coffee was outstanding and there was a large selection of yummy pastries. All the locals came there so you knew it was good when you walked in the door. Staff were friendly

I went here every morning for a week and enjoyed their coffee (especially the cappuccino), pastry and service. The large majority of their customers are locals, who could always go somewhere else if their food and coffee was not good.

Brown & Co was recommended to us by a local. They have a selection of delicious pastries for every taste. We took croissants in the morning and come back for some coffee and dessert in the afternoon. I believe the menu changes on the time of day. Cozy place to sit down or have your espresso at the bar like the locals.
