Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Hotel Mozart. Excellent. Great location with easy access to all the sights (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colloseum). Very busy area and quite noisy but that just added to the enjoyment!

Very friendly and helpful staff; spacious, immaculately clean rooms and a lovely breakfast to start the day.

One thing to be aware, we asked the receptionist on our departure to book us a taxi to the airport after he'd told us it was a 48 euro flat fare. Driver charged us 65 euro!! Not the hotel's fault but make sure you check with the driver beforehand.

All in all a fabulous stay in a wonderful city. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay in the future.

Wonderful central hotel. Rooms bigger than expected. Very clean and comfy. Only very minor gripes, a constant trickling of water like a cistern filling but couldn’t trace it and the breakfast juice from the machine was not as nice as fresh but still ok. Staff exceptional. Helped with us getting extra tickets for the game as I struggled with the website in Italian. Will definitely stay here again

Inside of the TLZ, it is inaccessible by private auto. They tell you they offer parking passes for access but it is not true. You must park on your own and it is very expensive! Taxi service to and from is also challenging, taxis are reluctant to deliver you to the hotel door because of all of the oneway streets. The hotel itself is fine and the breakfast options are complete. The room was plain, clean and comfortable.

Recently had long weekend in Rome and booked the Mozart.
Turned out to be a little gem in a side street off one of the main shopping streets in Rome and close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain both easy walking distance. In fact none of the main attractions are out of walking range we walked from the Colloseum taking in sights to the Mozart.
Rooms are clean and spacious we had a Superior room. The staff are very friendly and helpful and give you advice on where to go. Breakfast was good plenty of it if you you. Nice little bar to come back to for nightcap and stay open beyond closing if you are still in bar. Definitely stay here again when we return to Rome

Room Tip: Stay in main building as have heard moan about other building.

Booked to stay in main hotel Mozart however on arrival were given a room within nearby Vivaldi suites which is part of overall hotel. Vivaldi suites are on via del corso and so location of Mozart and Vivaldi are ideal for seeing all over the city by foot, we walked everywhere ! Our room was much larger than expected, with a private balcony which would be lovely in nicer weather. It was cleaned with fresh towels every day and felt very safe and secure despite central location (although I always felt safe in Rome !) Vivaldi suites have their own breakfast room and the continental breakfast selection was really lovely and always fully replenished, such a nice way to start the day with cappuccinos and fresh local breads and pastries.
Where the hotel really stood out however was in the customer service to us. Our flight home got cancelled and hotel Mozart reception staff very quickly and seamlessly sorted out another room for us, this time a very large apartment with breakfast in the main hotel in the mornings. This was much appreciated by us at a really stressful time so thank you so much hotel Mozart staff for a wonderful stay across your hotel! We will be back and recommend you for a perfect stay in a beautiful city, thank you.
