We stayed for seven nights in early September and would recommend this hotel for the price. It is small, about 10 rooms, on the third floor of a typical Roman apartment building with a small old fashioned lift. All four of the staff we met were fantastically friendly and helpful and someone is at the desk 24/7, so very secure. Smallish rooms, quite basic but clean and bathroom/shower was more than adequate. We had a room on the inside, so a little dark and no view but also no traffic noise. There was some sort of basic air air-conditioning which kept the room comfortable in the 30 degree plus weather we had. Comfortable beds, good free wi-fi and a television. Location is excellent, very close to Termini and walkable to all the major sites.

This hotel was a great choice for our stay in Rome. It was close to Termini for bus & train. The hotel was not fancy but very clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very basic but the bed is comfortable and there is a small TV and a fridge - we had no complaints. The staff were kind enough to let us keep our bags there for a few hours before our train departed in the afternoon.

I found this hotel fine for our stay, and for the price. The rooms were clean, but a bit small, and a bit dark. However, the hotel was very cheap, we only stayed one night, and we spent most of our time outside the hotel. So the standard of the hotel wasn't really that important for us. It's located really close to Termini.

This hotel is just a short walk (approx 10 min) from Termini station. It has bus stops just outside too but we ended up walking to all the main sightseeing spots (Colosseum, Trevi fountain and Pantheon). The staff at the hotel are great! Very friendly and gave lots of good advice on how to get around. Our room was a good size -clean and with air conditioning. The bed is VERY comfortable. It seemed to be a memory foam mattress which is just what we needed after all day walking. The breakfast is basic, but the coffee is good! Highly recommend this hotel as it's a good price in a great location, with decent facilities.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. We travelled around Europe for a month and no one compared to the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff here. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a rough itinerary on what we can do in Rome, including where to eat. We followed his advised and had a fantastic time. The rooms were all we needed. The shower was a but tight for us "medium" build people but did the job. We had an issue on the final night where the baby next door was screaming, but that was not the hotels fault. Free WIFI also included.
