My husband and I were there for three days before a cruise. We loved the accommodations. The staff was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The piano entertainment at the bar was very enjoyable for our evening drinks. It was a great experience and I would love to return.

Crowned Plaza Rome is exactly what you want after a day of touring Rome. Everything you may need has been thought of and in maximum comfort. The location is just the icing of this experience. A must stay experience!

I wasn’t sure what to expect here and we were extremely impressed. Nice looking hotel. Inside and out, hallways and rooms.
I am an IHG spire elite member And was greeted like so here. I forget the front desk lady that greeted me but she was extremely friendly.
We were given an upgrade which was very nice as well as a room overlooking the pool area. I had used points for our stay and was given a voucher for breakfast for all the days we were staying there . Nice touch. Right off the bat I am impressed.
We had a very nice room with plenty of room and a balcony over looking the pool area.
The pool area is fantastic. Huge huge pool. Lots of chairs to lounge in. The best part it doesn’t get super busy because most people are out site seeing . We did as well but we also like to lounge and lie in the sun and I like to swim. They have a nice bar with drinks and snacks. We had a lovely girl making drinks and I think here for the margarita ‘s she made , my wife loved them.
We did enjoy the bar downstairs and Fabio was a great bartender and treated my wife great letting her try some different wines so we can bring a bottle to the room.
Now it is slightly away from the main areas of town. But they do provide shuttles to a main area in town for only 1.5 euros each way. They also provide shuttles to the airport as well. I didn’t know that ahead of time. I wish I did. Now normally we like to use Ubers but if I can suggest use the taxi. You can ask the front desk for a taxi I and they are there in seconds. And the taxis are cheaper than Uber.
The airport is literally only 15/20minutes from the hotel .
We did have one issue and that was the safe was not working.
They couldn’t get me one until the next day but suggested moving rooms. We didn’t bother but it was impressive that they were willing to do that .
Bottom line, we are coming back to Rome and will stay here fr sure.

I was very impressed with the facilities. Unfortunately we found it extremely loud in the night. Making it impossible for us to sleep. There was continuous banging above our room

Just back from this hotel.. My husband and I loved it.. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was big , very comfy and clean with air conditioning.. Thd breakfast was fab ... The pool area was huge with lots of seating. Very impressed
