Absolutely faultless stay. The staff, food, hotel facilities, transport etc etc was top notch. Very relaxing break at a great hotel. Roberto was very friendly and helpful as were all the other staff. The hotel provides transport to/from the airport at Fiumicino as well as an hourly service to/from Rome

We visited Rome in June - and it was hot to say the least. This hotel was our last stop before we traveled back to our home country. We had already spent 11 days hopping around places in Italy and were exhausted at the end of the trip. Hence, the comfort and luxury of Crowne plaza was much appreciated.
The first interaction at the front desk set the tone for the stay - we were upgraded. The hotel has lovely large rooms with all necessary amenities. The superior rooms have a pool facing balcony. The pool area is clean and a great place to chill. They have regular shuttle service to and from the airport and the city centre (Vatican & Colosseum). We also had a delectable dinner with some Chianti Classico at the lovely Papillon restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and always ready to help. Definitely recommended.

I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour. The hotel was big with a number of bar and lounge areas. The room i stayed in was large with a balcony. It had an excellent pool and indoor Roman bath facility.
My only negative was there was nothing close by to walk to. The hotel does have a shuttle service into the city.

By reading your review we see that you didn’t’ find shops, restaurants (Arturo just at the doorstep of our Hotel) , bars, cafes and supermarket available in a small village 300 meters on our left hand side.

I would say if your visiting Rome it’s the place to stay. We loved the hotel very clean and spa and pool are beautiful. You have to spend an evening at the piano bar with Nino amazing piano player and Fabio is an amazing mixologist the drinks he was making for my wife was out of this word. Well worth the stay

My husband and I were more than happy with the Crowne Plaza starting with our first interaction at the front desk. We were travelling with two other families and Giorgia was most helpful with a mix up that occured in one of the rooms. We also arrived just as the restaurant was closing but a few strings were pulled and the kitchen was kept open for us. What a great start! The lovely swimming pool and area were particularly enjoyable after a day traipsing through a very hot Rome. The location of the hotel is not great because it is a ways to the historic Rome, but the shuttle bus helps to make up for that and is more convenient that trying to drive in Rome.
