Stayed here for a long weekend. Hotel (clean and well presented), Staff (friendly and very efficient) and Facilities (lovely pool, relaxing environment), Rooms (OK, but getting to age where refurbishment will be needed soon). Published evening menu slightly limited, but if you ask for alternatives then they were willing to provide if possible, quality & portions excellent.

Only criticism is that the Hotel is a fair walk outside of the evening dining/socialising track and limited information was made available by the hotel on buses/transport. Unless you're fit learn the bus routes quickly.

Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Great hotel, about a mile from the Vatican, but easily accessible by public transport, once you have figured out the buses, they go into the Vatican and the Colissuem, so right into town in about 20 mins! Or perhaps a 20 minute walk to the vatican walls.
Rooms, bright, clean, modern as you would expect from a 4* hotel. Breakfast was delicous and plenty of choices, and reception airy and bright. Free wi fi for a time too!
And if you are there in the summer, an outdoor pool!!!
Tip - when you come out of the hotel turn left, and then right at the main road, this will take you to the busy road(Via Gregorio VII) for all the buses into town. Take note of the number on the bus stop as this is wheer you will get off. If you turn right coming out of the Hotel you have a much longer and hillier walk to the main road!

My new wife and I stayed at this hotel for our recent honeymoon. The hotel was awesome. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. The room was spacious, the free breakfast buffet was excellent, they have a pool (although we did not have the time to use it ourselves), and the service was extremely attentive. The only negative thing that I can say is in regards to the location. There is no metro within walking distance, so you are forced to either take a bus or a taxi. However, for all the extras that come with this hotel, I would definitely stay there again. As you probably know, Rome hotels are notorious for their small size. Not this hotel. It was as spacious as a typical Hilton Hotel room in America. The area is quiet since the hotel is not very close to anything, but they do have a very nice restaurant on the hotel grounds. If this hotel was close to a metro or closer to the heart of Rome, I would give it a perfect rating. Even still, it ranks very high in my book.

This hotel at first really impressed me. The site and staff are very agreeable. The reception area is very comfortable.

The room left room for improvement. Thankfully it had two beds in it because one bed felt like it had a 2x4 running the length of it down the middle under the mattress. The other bed was only so-so. The room was quiet and the lighting was good. The AC worked well.

I stayed here during a 3 day business meeting, also being held in the hotel. All in all the hotel was clean, the room was well equiped, the food was alright and the staff was ok. The hotel is located close to the Vatican and it is possible to walk into the city center of Rome but it is a good 45 - 60 minutes. The meeting rooms that we used were fine, nothing fancy but had all the amenities you would expect, including wifi. There did seem to be some power issues as several times over the few days, the power would go but come back on within a minute. The sleeping room was fine - clean bathroom, again wifi worked well, there was a safe in the room as well as ironing facilities. It was possible to turn the heat/air conditioning off which was appreciated. Annoyingly, my room key needed to recharged twice over the course of my stay although I'm not sure why. The breakfast was pretty good with a selection of hot and cold options. My stay here was fine but I would say very average as there was nothing particularly good or bad about the hotel. If you are looking for a simple hotel with no surprises, then this is the hotel for you.
