Had a lovely stay here for 6 nights in October. The weather was perfect for sightseeing & even managed an afternoon on the beach at Santa Marinella, which we visited by train. The hotel had a great courtesy mini bus to the Vatican City & then further into town. It runs at various times all morning although only once back around 6pm. We used it every day. We booked the airport transfer with the hotel both ways, although not cheap, it was very easy & we knew what we were paying rather than watch a taxi meter click over & wonder if you’re going the scenic route! Ate in the restaurant a couple of nights, it was ok. The breakfast was good, well as expected for a European city hotel. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace, which we sat on a couple of afternoons & watched the sun go down. The pool was shut as October but we were happy to sit on the roof terrace anyway. Room nice. Staff very helpful. Not that far from a metro station. Would stay there again.

Average hotel. The lobby was nice and had a pool table with live sport on the TV. The room itself was very basic. The bed was rock hard and when asked if there was anything they could do they changed the mattress but it didn't make that much difference. The pillows also felt like you were lying on concrete. The room was too hot. The thermostat regularly said 25.5 degrees. There were 3 fan settings on there but this didn't make any difference. Then after 2 days the whole system shut down. When speaking to reception regarding this, they stated that the system could only be used as a whole and a guest had complained it was cold so they therefore turned the whole system off. I do not see the logic in this so we therefore had to have the window open. As the hotel was in the middle of a residential area, you can imagine how noisy this was. Breakfast was ok but if you can't eat bread, you're going to be struggling to find something. On a positive note, all public transport to the centre of Rome was within a few minutes of the hotel.

This is an excellent hotel, a very pleasant welcome from the reception staff and local information given to get you started. We were meeting family for a 3 day visit, Food is excellent and the staff very friendly. The shuttle service is excellent and various locations of interest is between 10 and 20 minutes journey time. Out thanks to the care and attention from all the staff. We will visit Rome again and our destination of stay will certainly be at this hotel.

Start of Trafalgar tour with plenty of amenities. Only hotel on 11 day tour that we had a convenient hotpot for coffee/tea in our room. Within walking distance a grocery store and restaurants even though a residential area. Safe area to walk remember lots of steep hills in Rome. We were told that all hotels in Italy in Oct AC is not allowed on because of end of summer and conserving energy.

Lovely lobby, great pool table for 12yr old son. Breakfast poor not much choice and although served until 10.30am there is nothing left later on from 10am.
Rooms need modernizing. Beds rock hard, pillows thin, rooms very hot and can't reduce temp. Room was clean but old. Toiletries replaced, shower hot and lovely and powerful. Window opened fully and span around just missing my head. The toilet system extremely noisy and every time the next room flushed you could hear loudly including during the night when woke us up. Wouldn't stay here again.
Drinks expensive - €8 for a spirit
Didn't visit the other parts of the hotel.
