I have decided that the reviews that are posted nowadays on tripadvisors are not always to be trusted anymore, i think you need to check what rank the persons writing the review have & then decide if you are going to accept there info... this place was horrendous, we did not get one night sleep, it was either the dustbin men passing every night at 12 & then again at 2 in the morning, or the restaurant wine bar down stairs so when the go out to smoke they at under your windows laughing & shouting!!! (serves a nice pizza downstairs at lunch time)or the owners whom thought that they were at home the way they would shout on the phone or even talking to each other you thought they were right next to you... the wall are like paper...don't get me wrong the owner was very sweet & helpful but the accommodation not to our standards, great location 5 minutes from train & bus station & very clean, breakfast was another disaster, you have to walk 200 meters to a little bar which offers only a pastry & coffee (no other choice) so if you like to get up & have breakfast and then go back to you room to use the bathroom or anything you have to walk back again 200m...(not convenient) there was a funny smell the the premises, some kind of food but it wasn't a nice smell it was very annoying... so if your prepared not to be able to sleep from the noise & a very uncomfortable bed after walking all over Rome doing 15km or more a day then go ahead but for us it was terrible!!!

Room Tip: all the front rooms are noisy, i don't know if they have others elsewhere...

Clean hotel with a slightly crazy design, but ho cares about that when traveling on a budget? Close to Termini and the metro, easy access to sights. Good value for the money, wifi only works in the corridor though.

Room Tip: Rooms looking out on the street are a bit noisy, the windows are quite good though and keep most of...

Very nice rooms (we booked 3), two very big and a third a good size. Shared bathroom was very clean. Owner was very nice and helpful. Very well located near termini station and not far from all of Romes attractions. Many restaurants nearby.

We chose this hotel, because of its location and we were not disappointed. We were in Rome for 4 days, and didn't take the bus once, cause we managed to get everywhere by foot from the hotel. The rooms are very clean and nice decorated. The hostess Emily is very friendly and helpful. All in all a perfect price-service quality!
