Exactly what my daughter, iene favoreel, wrote. It was a magnificent stay.
Thank you Alberto !

Staying at Alberto's appartment is a must for every visitor/tourist of Rome. It's superclose to San Pietro, great restaurants, easy to use shops (for when you speak only a word or 2 Italian) and a bus that stops right at your door (982) for when you've been out late
Not only the location was perfect, but also the quiet, the rest, the green neighbourhood, the awesome view from our terrace, the friendly neighbours and last but not least our wonderful host Alberto himself.
He explained everything very well, gave us tips and maps and tasty Italian coffee in the morning. He respected our privacy and was never intrusive. Helpfulness himself. The appartment was stocked with bread, cake, fruit and drinks which came in handy when we arrived late at the appartment. It was super clean, everything worked perfectly, comfy and let me just say we almost cried when we had to leave
Next time visitors: use the information Alberto gives you in real life but also in his pdf. Very useful! We left with a warm heart and big smiles.
Negative points? Almost nonexistent.
We barely heard the upstairs neighbours. Maybe once or twice in a whole week, but that's living in an appartment Some extra towels would be nice too. We managed but girls sometimes need to swaddle themselves in a lot of them after a long day filled with Roman adventures
We will definitely book back at Alberto's place when we visit Rome again! No regrets!
Thank you Alberto!
