Lets start with the positives: staff great people with positive mindset, bathroom in the entresol very funny, coffee at breakfast was great. But in general i miss that qualititave feeling to the place: no warm water in the morning, no fresh towels, worn down interior, etc. Only price was boutique.

great area--best unique shopping in naples and rooms w view of gulf of naples--but the staff are beyond terrific--air berlin lost my luggage and the second the manager heard this bad news she and rest of staff made 100s of calls trying to get info on my bag--like having a mother! rooms very nice--breakfast excellent--vibe both chic and personal--stay here!

Room Tip: get a view!

Thanks for a fantastic 3 day stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the owner was really helpful in telling us the best local places to see and eat. We will definitely tell all our friends and hopefully stay again. Do not go anywhere else in Naples. Superb. Thank you.

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Micalo for three nights and our experience was fantabulous from start to finish. The hotel is in a slightly rundown building but once you enter the hotel foyer the attention & care to detail and the design aesthetic is immediately apparent. Ornate furnishings, artwork, and 'out of the box' design features make this a truly unique and memorable experience. The staff especially the hotel manager Michelle were incredibly attentive, helpful, and with a lovely manner. I look forward to returning to the Micalo on our next visit and will be recommending this beauty to all design enthusiasts.

We stayed at Hotel Micalo for 4 nights and it was quite lovely. The design of the interior is lovely- the art was intriguing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was a nice touch. The only problem was the shower- the water did not drain properly and the wooden board above it was hard to stand on.
