We stayed at this hotel in August when it was horribly hot, but Air-conditioning was perfect. We had double room which was quite comfortable, bed still in a good shape. Only bathroom needed some maintenance, but in general really clean and good.
Breakfast was below average, but it is not the hotel issue, but south Italy. Lots of sweet pastry and just a few hot dishes or cold cuts, coffee very average.
Location is away from city center and needs quite a lot of patience with metro :)
In general, quite good hotel, good value for money.

We had read the reviews before booking so we're prepared. However when we arrived we were greeted warmly by Alberto. He also showed us on the map where to go and good places to eat around the hotel. He also gave us the info about transport.
The room was clean, spacious with air conditioning and a good sized bathroom with plently of towels and toiletries. The towels were changed daily if one wanted and the toiletries replaced. We stayed here for a week.
We mostly saw Alberto and sometimes Mario, they were both helpful, courteous and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Alberto organised a private tour to Almalfi coast which was reasonably priced and the driver Aldo was very informative, courteous and tailored the trip to our needs. The rest of the staff e.g. at breakfast and cleaners were friendly and courteous.
The breakfast was mainly continental but there was a great variety such as scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, local pastries, fruit, yogurt and tea/coffee.
The location was perfect for us as we didn't,t want to be in the centre. We could easily get to the centre by the nearby metro which is 5 mins walk. We managed to go to Pompeii by train and the Island Ischia by ferry from Pouzzouli.
There are some good restaurants around the hotel and are much cheaper than the ones in the centre. We would highly recommend Bella Figliola opposite the hotel for pizzas and Cucina Typica da Vittorio towards the metro station for pastas and local dishes at very reasonable prices.
Overall our weeks stay was a very comfortable experience and would highly recommend this hotel if you don't mind being away from the centre.

The Good
It’s cheap(ish)
It’s fairly clean
It’s close to the railway

The Bad
It’s close to the railway so it’s noisy with the window open
The air conditioning is controlled centrally even in April it’s very hot (so you have to have the window open)
It’s a long way from central Naples

The Average
Breakfast was ok
Beds were ok
Staff were ok

I would liken it to a Travel Lodge (if you like in the UK) if not then an average motel. Ok nothing more.

Appeared to be a high end hotel, but once you get there you realize it is not. They do not provide a hot pot for the room. They will not make change for you. It is not in the nicest part of town. However they do have secure free parking.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We were greeted by the receptionist, Mario, who helped us immensely throughout our visit. All staff members were really helpful & friendly. Breakfast was much nicer than we expected. The room and hotel are very clean. TV didn't have any English speaking channels, so we just used the opportunity to brush up on some Italian. The location is very close to the bus & train, which we used when possible since they were much easier than driving. Walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Parking at the hotel was free which was a big thing for us, since almost everywhere you park charges. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!!
