We stayed at this hotel for 5 days in December to explore Sorrento, Capri. Pompei and Amalfi coast. It was in perfect location. The train station is only a few minute walking distance. Also it is next to Tasso plaza, the center of the city.

Thy room was clean and comfortable. Services were good.
Breakfast is adequate and average.

Room Tip: Some rooms have balconies.

We booked this hotel for 1 week over the Christmas period, and very pleased we did.

There are a few bad reviews on here, but most seem to have been clouded by a singular, usually petty incident, so don't let them put you off.

Firstly the hotel is good value, in what is a quite expensive area. It is the perfect location, just off what is called the main square, half way along Corso Italia, the main street. The rooms are bright, clean and well furnished, though some would say a little small, this didn't bother us as we don't visit areas like this to spend too much time in a hotel room. Breakfast is basic but adequate.

The staff on reception during the day and particularly breakfast/cleaning staff were all excellent, and couldn't have been more accommodating. I would, like others, take issue with the night receptionist, he certainly could do with a refresher course in customer service skills.

All in all we were extremely happy with this hotel, and would certainly recommend it to friends, family and tripadvisor users.

Stayed here in October for 3 nights. Staff were very polite and friendly upon arrival, during our stay and upon vacating. The breakfast was fairly basic but with a lot of choice - fresh bread, eggs, meat, cheese, fruit salad, cake, cereal, hot drinks, cold drinks.
The hotel is in a brilliant central location, didn't realise just how perfect it would be until we arrived. It was close to all the hustle & bustle but this did not affect the room during the day or night for sleeping. Would definitely recommend this hotel or stay again should I return. Thank you!

We asked for a twin room.
At the check in time, around 4 pm, they gave us a queen bed, instead of twin. We came down to reception asking for twin beds.
Once they changed the room to a one with twin beds, when we got in, it was dirty. So, it all ended up that they gave us the sheets in order us to make the beds... amazing.....

this hotel is located just off the main square in Sorrento, but even so we had a room at the front of the hotel and with the windows closed we could no hear any noise from the square or from the road, we slept with the windows open and still the noise wasn't enough to keep us awake,, this was because the aircon made the room too dry and I was coughing !
all the staff were very friendly and spoke good English
the room was very clean and although the bathroom was a bit tired it was again very clean and the towels were changed daily! the shower was tiny, advise don't drop the soap!!
breakfast was buffet style but extremely good, eggs to cook in a broiler , guesstimate the time! rolls cakes croissants, meat cheese, juice tea coffee cereals fruit , the lot.
the waitress was really lovely and very helpful.
Small shop up the road sold water from the fridge and basic essentials for lunch if needed we bought ,grapes and peaches !
make sure you go see the old mill to the left , pizza at the neighbouring restaurant was delicious.

Room Tip: we had a room by the lift at the front of the hotel but no noise from road or lift !
