The location is perfect, the property is spacious & well set out, this is the second year we have stayed in this property. Easy access to the restaurants in East wittering. Walking distance to the beach & shops,
The area is perfect for a family beach holiday, we will be returning.

“Light and airy house”
Reviewed 5 August 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Handy for both the beach and Bracklesham and east wittering village. Nicely refurbished with a good kitchen and conservatory for dining. Excellent food at Samphire in East Wittering. At least two cafes with good coffee and cake especially the one that has a surf shop. Billy's on the beach at Bracklesham also nice. Lovely new RSPB nature reserve called Medmerry on the Earnley road. The house could do with blackout blinds and new sofas but overall we enjoyed being in the house. Had some minor plumbing issues. Easy bus ride into Chichester for shopping - bus stop two minutes from the house with good service to chichester cathedral.

It is wonderful that you took the time to sample some of our local restaurants and cafes as well as the new bird sanctuary. Buoy Cottage is a great base from which to explore the many, many attractions in the area. We will look at the issue regarding black out blinds, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Baileys.
