I went with my wife and a couple of friends to this traditional tapas bar in Canyameral, the fishermen quarter closed to Valencia's port.

We ordered some local tapas such as Titaina, habas estofadas, alcachofas, ensaladillas croquetas de bacalao., among others. Everything was delicious and tasty.

The staff was very helpful with very good recommendations and the service was very agile, even though the restauran was full.

I will definitely come back in my next visit to Valencia and will recommend it to friends and relatives.

I love this restaurant! The food is great, ambiance fantastic and the service really helpful and friendly. The last time I went the menu was not in English and there was no English speakers. This time both had changed.

Every dish we had was perfect and we enjoyed this time sitting close to the lady preparing the meat dishes.

We were told to get there at 7.45 if you wanted to get it. By 9pm there were queues in the streets. Some of the best Tapas we found anywhere in Valencia. Wine was very good and reasonably priced. Food was fantastic and the Tapas menu was very varied although some items not available as it was a Monday and there was limited fresh fish. Go later i the week and book in advance if you want to be sure of a seat.

Great food and best wine offers. They started some where in 1850s .. They have a new seating area also. Prefer to sit in old seating area. Wonderful Tapas and fish and last but not the least the wines.. they have variety of wines .. recommend to try for sure..

This place serves typical tapas, all fresh and tasty. It can get a bit expensive but totally worth it. Plus, they served typical Semana Santa dishes such as titaina and potaje del vigila. The house wine is great as well and the treat excellent even when packed. Would definitely return! I recommend the room with the barrels, boasts an undeniable charm!
