What a lovely hotel. Racquel was very welcoming and looked after us well throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The self-service continental breakfast was good. The hotel was in an ideal location - 10 minutes walk from Valencia Nord railway station, 15 minutes from the cathedral and old city centre and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to an interesting area with a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Bearing that in mind our room was extremely quiet and we heard no street noise at all, even though we were only on the second floor. The only reason I haven't rated this as excellent is that access to the shower in the bathroom is a little cramped and might be difficult for the elderly. Nevertheless once in the shower it was wonderful. Plus tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition.

Room Tip: I asked for a quiet room and got one!

Dear Hilary W, Thank you so much for taking part of your time sharing your experience with other posible guest and for such a wonderful review!!!! We will pass your lovely comments to Raquel who I am sure she will be really proud of them as we are. For us is a pleasure to know that you enjoyed the services provided as the hotel location. Regarding to the shower access we do apologize for not being comfortable enough during your stay. By the end of this year we will replace all the bath for shower so the access will be better. We hope to see you again in a near future. Kind regards, Carolina Noverques, Front Desk Manager.

Stayed at the Petit Palace recently for 3 nights during a business trip. The hotel is quite small. The room is just enough for a single but cannot imagine two people crammed into such rooms. The badly planned bathroom is in dire need of renovation with its cracked or dislodged shower tiles. Cleanliness can be better. The a/c in the room is old but somewhat effective. No view whatsoever from the window. Doors are everything but soundproof, everynight I was woken up by noises outside the corridor. Despite people were not shouting I could understand every single word they said.

The extra breakfast is worth opting for. Wide choice of fresh food and healthy fruit/veg snoothies. A big well done here! Service at reception also was very good and friendly. Parking is not cheap at €17 per day in the opposite underground parking.

If one can live with petty nuisances this hotel can be a good choice especially if looking for a relatively central accomodation but I'm sure one can find better.

Good location: close to everything! We stayed in a room for 2 and it was comfortable and cozy, also a good sized bathroom. Rooms are very clean. Nice continental breakfast. Our room was located on the 4th floor and facing a small side street above some restaurants.

The staff was super friendly, specially Lidia Castilla, Carolina Noverque and even the manager Mr. Salvador that help us with some doubts that we have with our day schedule, and their help were very valuable for us.
Highly recommended hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed this pleasant and comfortable hotel in the cosy Ruzafa area, at walking distance (10 min) from the metro station which is connected with the airport. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel offers the amenities one normally needs including family rooms. Mind you that the bunk bed in our room did not have a protective fence, so watch out for small kids. The breakfast is very complete and truly excellent full of fresh fruit, meats, bread, etc.
The area offers plenty of very nice local restaurants and small supermarkets and every Monday a street market, and there are terraces all around!
We rented bikes in one of the nearby bike shops which allow you to cycle relatively safely (there are narrow cycling lanes) to the old centre, the park and even the beach.

Room Tip: Rooms at the street side allow a nice view on the local scene though are more noisy unless you close...

For us is a pleasure to read that you enjoyed your stay with us and the location in the "Ruzafa" quartier and the services provided. Regarding to the fence, the hotel offers that option as we have them, also the bunk bed ladder works as a fence. We do apologize for not informing you properly and for the inconveniences caused.
