This hotel can be best described as a budget 4 stars, suitable for both citytrippers as for business trips.

Rooms are on the small side, but adequately furnished with fridge, small desk and chair, and 2 single beds, sometimes joined together.
The window can be opened for fresh air ( a plus!)
Wifi is free but slow.

Bathroom is small, and maintenance in general could be improved, with in some cases loose showerheads etc...

Rooms are generally very clean.

Breakfast is very good though, with FRESH orange juice and a variety of other juices and fresh fruits.
Nice assortment of Danish pastries, as well as charcuteries, including Jamon Serrano.
There is a hot section as well and a la carte items can be ordered.

Location is near the Oceanografic and city of Sciences. There is no metro in the area, but busses come around frequently.

All in all a decent choice, but management, keep a close look on the rooms and maintenance...

For a 4-days stay we chose this structure both for the price and for the location -perfect for us- close to the City of Arts and Sciences (and to the marina) and connected to the center by public transport. In front of the hotel it is also quite easy to flag down a taxi.
We booked the room using booking.com website because the hotel website repeatedly failed loading the reservation confirmation page.
We stayed in a superior double room on the 11th floor: large, bright, clean, well furnished (except for the uncomfortable wardrobe with sliding doors and the rod perpendicular to the back), with all the comforts desired by us, including the espresso coffee machine to pamper yourself with a cup of coffee as soon as you wake up without having to wait to go down to breakfast room. The bathroom is also spacious, modern and functional, with free supply of toiletries and bathrobes & slippers, but with two little shortcomings: missing a towel rack close to the wash basin and no toilet brush; for this latter issue actually we did not try to make a request at the reception.
Common areas are adequately clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is well stocked, with a selection of very particular juices, plenty of savory food but little variety of pastries and toppings for bulk yogurt. Pay attention to breakfast serving times that vary depending on working days or weekend (Sat and Sun).
In general the stay at the hotel was very pleasant and the staff was professional and friendly at the same time. The price paid for 3 nights with breakfast in April, about 270 euro, was well proportioned to our level of overall satisfaction. I would definitely recommend the hotel to those who want a comfortable stay and are particularly interested in the position.

Room tip: better booking a superior room

We stayed at this hotel twice in August. Located within easy walking distance of the City of Arts & Sciences complex but also good and cheap ( Eur 1.5 each way) bus ride into the historic centre. It is also within a bus ride of the Mestalla (Valencia CF) The staff on reception were very helpful with city maps, booking hop on bus tickets and holding luggage on our last day. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had in this type of hotel, a mix of Spanish and International items, all fresh. Rooms were well appointed with aircon and good sized bathrooms with nice potions in case you arrive without. There was also a mini-bar although as in all hotels this was pricey! We would not hestitate to return to this hotel and the beautiful city of Valencia.

This hotel really was a nice place to stay at, with a great location (right next to the city of arts and sciences) and with some really nice amenities. We had a great buffet breakfast, and the staff was very kind. I would suggest staying here, for I'm sure I'll come again.

The service an rooms were very nice. The breakfast was excellent.
The location could be closer to the town center of Valencia.
The language knowledge of the staf was limited, but it did not couse any problems.

Dear client,
I would like to thank your for your nice comment and I am happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. Our location is next to the City of Arts and Science (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias) so this is the reason this place is not in the city centre.
Hope to see you again in the near future.

Best regards,
