We've really enjoyed the food which was full of taste and extremely well presented. The bottle of wine was well balanced price-quality. Don't look elsewhere for a nice culinair experience but...No maximum score due to:
1. One of the entrees wasn't the one we've ordered (agree language barrier might be the cause)...my wife accepted to take the 'alternate'...but one might expect the establishment to drop the extra cost of a somewhat higher priced 'misunderstanding'
2. Tip: don't just put the bottle of wine on the table but pour some wine in the glas and offer your guests to validate/taste it
3. Ordered explicitly a large (American) coffee...an espresso I received
Anyway, great food but the 'Refugio' should pay attention to details for an even better experience. We certainly come back whenever in town again.
