We went here as A lot of our group wanted a steak and this is the 1 we walked past first. The food being brought out looked nice so we thoght we would give it a try. Wish we hadn't. My husband had the steak which he asked to be cooked medium. It wasn't it was over cooked and so small it's a joke. Our friends shared away platter which only seemed enough for 1. My chicken to be fair was ok. Service poor drinks awful and food not up to standard. Over priced and definitely would not return.

We stayed outside old town and decided to go into new town for a meal as we were half board but we fancied something different after going on google maps we headed towards the grill but stopped in here as the menu suited our tastes

I had the Burger challenge and hubby had ribs kids had chicken nuggets/fish fingers and chips

The chips are to die for dunno how they make them but best chips ever. Our mains were massaive we split both between us n I tasted a little of the kids all the food was lovely def can't complain!!!! So much so we returned on our last night for one last supper!!! Fajitas and foot long hotdog on the last night again I definitely could not complain about anything staff were very friendly made a big effort especially with our one year old making the kids feel very comfortable

If I were to return to Benidorm I would def b back at sgt peppers

Visited on the last day of our holiday due to good reports for a family birthday, arrived as a family of 12 and they were very accommodating, order our drinks and then ordered from the menu, unfortunately the lasagne that was ordered was obviously a ready meal as when it arrived it was literally frozen in the middle and totally inedible, sent back then it arrived back 5 minutes later cremated, new one should have been made from scratch, then a medium steak was also freezing in the middle, totally fed up with it so just left it, waste of 15 euros. To make matters worse as my son was struggling through his cremated lasagne I took him to visit the men's, when we returned his lasagna had disappeared and been taken away even though he was only half way through it. This was the final straw, cost us over 200 euros for what possibly was the worse meal / service I have ever had. Shocking, need to get your house in order as one star rating is probably too good for your set up

My partner likes the fajitas at this place so we do tend to go when we are in Benidorm. This time a lady called jess I think was asking people if they wanted to eat there when we were walking past and we decided to go in. She was very friendly and gave us a discount voucher for 5% off or first drink free. When we ordered my partner asked for some garlic bread to come with the main meal, the chap seemed to understand. When our meals came we waited for a minute and realised they weren't bringing the garlic bread, we decided to carry on eating and write it off as it was proving hard to get anyone's attention. Anyway when he came to clear the plates I asked for the bill and he said no your garlic bread is ready! Who wants garlic bread after their meal! I couldn't eat any as I was stuffed but my partner was determined to eat at least a bit to get some moneys worth. I had tried to hand the waiter the discount voucher which I'm positive he see's all the time since she had a stack off them! So when he brought the bill over and the discount hadn't been deducted we weren't very impressed. Anyway we really aren't the type to make a fuss, especially when there's a language barrier, so we paid the bill but didn't give a tip. Also not the best place to eat as it attracts a lot of drinkers who don't make for a relaxing meal. Probably wouldn't go again unless they sorted themselves out a bit.
