We discovered the hotel during a week-end. The service is perfect. We went to the gym to discover the nice swimming-pool. Go there by night: with the lights, it's just magical! The room looks great, very modern and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay!

Thank you for sharing your comments with us.

At Hilton Madrid Airport we truly appreciate your feedback as this helps us to further improve our service levels time after time. Did you like the opening roof in the pool? It creates a really warm atmosphere. For your next trip to Madrid I suggest you to taste our tapas at Ferrum bar. This place is also nice to take a coffee break and relax.

Looking forward to welcome you back again.

The experience did not start that well: the hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle but first I had to wait at the airport more than 30 mins for the shuttle anf then it took another 20 mins from T4 (much less thime from thenother terminals) to the hotel. Not a big issue but after a long day this was frustrating and I complaint about it during the check-in. They made this up well indeed; In the check-out they did not charge for the internet or beers taken from the minibar. This is the professionalism I like!

The room was modern, spacious and had everything needed for a short overnight stay. Breakfast was nothing special but still very good. I did not use the pool or gym as the pool was closed early in the morning.

The only let down is the restaurant of the hotel which really don't offer good value for money in terms of food or service.

Other than that I can easily recommend this hotel for short stays in Madrid.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us!

I hope you had a nice stay with us at Hilton Madrid Airport. Sorry, about the shuttle delays sometimes it can happens due to the traffic jambs or maybe because the shuttle is completely full. Next time, I suggest you to use the pool it is a nice place to relax after and long day or a sightseeing tour around the vibrant city of Madrid.

Looking forward to welcome you again soon at the hotel.

What a lovely hotel! Free shuttle from the airport to the property was quick and easy. The roads look like a bit of a nightmare around there so I certainly wouldnt want to drive. The place is a bit nondescript from the outside but the interior design is really lovely. A special shout out to Rodrigo on the check in desk who was very helpful and gave great customer service. Room was upgraded because of loyalty status, which gave us a room on the 5th floor with access to the executive lounge which served drinks and snacks throughout the day. We stayed in room 510 which was a 'relaxation' room which seems to get a bit more space and a jacuzzi bathtub.

The room itself was large, good bed, great shower, okay view with a large window that opened up onto a juliette style balcony. We used the pool area which was pleasant enough, it had the roof accross which was a bit of a shame but it wasnt all that warm outside so perhaps for the best. Breakfast was included in the rate we booked and was a really wide selection of hot food and cold meats, available until 11 which is pretty impressive. I really did like the design of the hotel. All rooms are off a very large and open atrium and it has a sort of 1930's art deco design.

Aiport Hotels are usually geared up for business travellers but for people interested in getting into Madrid the hotel operates 3 shuttles into Madrid city centre at various times of the day. However we just ended up using the metro which is an easy 10minute walk away, fast and good value. I wasnt expecting much but this turned out to be a real find and one I'd definately like to reccommend.

Room Tip: Corner rooms are slightly more spacious, rooms on floors 4-6 are executive level, 6th floor are 'penthouses'

From September 1st thru 4th, 2012 we stayed at the Hilton Madrid Airport because it is not far from the airport (it also has a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel which provided an excellent service, by the way!) and not far from the city of Madrid. It is very well located and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is not only friendly, but is always willing to help you and go the extra mile. The gym area is small but well attended and has a pool area, a sauna and a steam bath, plus a terrace to sunbath. There is a subway station at a walking distance from the hotel and a van that carries a number of guest free of charge three times a day to Alcalá Gate. This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel and sure enough we will be back!
