If your budget in Madrid is driving you towards a hostel, you could do worse.
On the up side: clean rooms and bathrooms, adequate furniture, beds are sleep-able. Tea set-up in the room. Great location, very accessible. Non smoking, and no bad smells. Staff were pleasant and helpful; English speaking.
Down side: rooms vary in size from small / tiny, and walls are paper thin; our sleep was interrupted throughout the night by a crying baby, late entries, conversations / traffic in halls and other rooms.
This place is probably better than average for a hostel in this price point. If you can afford to spend more, treat yourself to a place with real walls.
