Apartments were nice and well located. We had an issue trying to get into our apartment at night as the lock was not working. There is no one in the reception after 7:00pm so we had to wait about 40 mins for a person to solve the issue. Aside from that our stay was overall good.

We stayed here for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 kids - and the place exceeded all our expectations. The staff lovely and helpful, location absolutely brilliant, the apartment was spotless....honestly if we ever come back to Madrid we will book this place again.

We had a very good experience here. We had a three bedroom two bath apartment. The apartment was modern, clean and well furnished. I would highly recommend staying here if in Madrid.

Lots to do right in the immediate neighborhood and conveniently located close to subway stop but there were plenty of restaurants, museums and shopping nearby. We were able to walk most anywhere we wanted.

There was a good supply of shampoo and body wash in both bathrooms. There was no dryer in the unit, only a washer. That was ok though as they had a drying wrack and a small clothesline outside the courtyard window.

I've seen complaints about not enough hot water but we didn't experience this. We had six people staying and never ran out of hot water.

Location was good, central and 500 feet from a subway station. Very close to good bars and restaurants and only 15min. walk to the main square and the central market (Mercado San Miguel-Plaza Mayor) The apartment is modern and well equipped with useful things, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Friendly staff, he was extremely helpful, including looking after our luggage in his own apartment for us after check-out so that we could continue enjoying Madrid before our late flight out.

1. serious hot water problem, there were no hot water enough even for 2 showers, and no one answered at the "emergency line" at night. next day the staff apologised and said the problem was fixed, but it happened again. we were moved out at 0200 am. and to a smaller apartment (although we paid extra for the bigger apartment) no one from the management apologized or offered compensation, furthermore a very rude manager was shouting on the phone that everything is ok, and we need to wait 40-45 minutes before one shower and another... imagine that for a family of 5! how rude!
2. no one is at the residence after 1900 and no one can really solve any tech problem at night.
3. the flats are beautiful, also the neighborhood is lovely, but a lot of noise in the apartment.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS!!!
BAD & RUDE MANAGEMENT!!!

Room Tip: not recommended for families with kids - hot water problem + very noisy street!!! bad & rude management!!!

Dear Mr. Volfin,

First of all our apologies, we are very sorry that you feel that way about our service.

As we explain to our guests during the check in, the hot water is supplied by a large electric boiler with more than enough capacity for 3 showers (or about 25 minutes of continuous hot water). That said, it works in litres, not in shower units, so if you take a very long and very hot shower, it will consume more than with a regular one.

We have a night shift receptionist that is on duty from 19:00 until 02:00am for late check ins and to attend our clients with issues like the one you had. Even though there was nothing wrong with your hot water supply we inmediately went to your apartment at midnight and offered you to move to another apartment of the same size and category so that you didn't have to wait 40 minutes for the tank to refill, which you accepted. Our receptionist was there from the beginning to help you during the whole process.

On top of that, we offered you a free late check out until 13:00 and to move your luggage for free to our 24h pick up office, so that you could stay in Madrid as much as you could before your flight. Yet, you demanded a late check out until 21:00, which unfortunately was not possible because we had other guests coming after you and check in time is at 15:00.

Again, we apologize if you felt like the treatment you received was not adequate, our priority is that you feel like you are at home.
