This is definitely a local's spot. We stayed about 100 meters away from this place the is around the corner off the beaten path. I found it just wandering around and thought this would be good. ...and it was. It is basically a tapas place as are so many local type restaurants. They were busy but not enough to put us in the back alone until more people showed up. I did have the fried octopus with bread and potatoes. My partner had scallops in shell with cheese and he thought it was great! As we were tourists, we didn't know to order smaller dishes and share and pick/choose. Very good and I would go back as the service was very good as well.

We ate at this restaurant after making reservations. The food here is amazing!!! It has a great pub atmosphere! The servers were very attentive. This is a great place! I highly recommend the muscles and calamari. The Sangria was awesome 👏 !

I was on business in Madrid, near the airport, but staying in Puerta del Sol. Wandering away from the usual tourist spots, I decided on a Galicia-inspired place, and heard this was worth a visit. It was early on a Friday night, and easy to dine inside (outdoor tables already full) - the Galician wine was nice, and I had a tapa-portion of Feria Octopus style O'Carballiño and their version of potato salad (with octopus) Nuestra Ensaladilla “La Pulpería”. With the arroz con leche dessert and a cafe con leche, it was a nice change from the usual. Would definitely return and try more dishes. The service was great as well.

Great casual tapas place in the heart of Madrid. I recommend you try a little of this and a little of that. Everything was delicious and the staff are lovely.

My mother is a big fan of fish and we got recommended going here. Not sure what to order, the great waiter Sandra Sabrino asked if we were willing to take a chance? Because the dish with fresh cod in squid ink was a bit special but very tasty. We took her word for it and it was delicious! Please try this dish, it is super delicious even though it looks quite different! We also had a dish with squid and some great wine. Loved it!
The service is very good - very attentive staff.
