“Quite enjoyable”
Review of St. Michael's Cave

We opted to have a tour as the cable car was closed. This was our only opportunity inside the Rock, so I'm very glad we saw it. With some classical music and accents of colored lights, you may wander around; the place is truly gorgeous. As a concert venue it must be intimate and cozy; however, for the strolling visitor, it is quite impressive and delightful. It is a unique attraction. Be prepared for some steps, some dimness, and dampness -- and be prepared to find it more charming than you might think.

What a lovely experience, soft music playing inn the back ground and superb lighting of the rock formations in the cave. It was a nice place to hang out away from the afternoon sun and relax and look at the underground wonder. It is a shame there was not a live band playing at the time as the acoustics would be brilliant.

Beautiful example of caves and their formation. Has fairly steep steps and was wet inside. Goes down along way. Lit by coloured lights at times.
Entrance to this was included in the full price ticket which made it very good value along with other entrance fees on the rock

A huge cave which goes down deep. Well worth a visit, will not take you long but good value with the rest of the sights on the same ticket

Some of the best caves you will see. Nature at its most beautiful. Make sure that you don't miss the small turning on the left on the bridge that takes you down to the lower cave complex.
