Bubbly, accommodating and knowledgeable John - your host - is a brilliant introduction to Gibraltar and the best way possible to start your marina adventure.
Met with a well stocked fridge and fishing rod for the kids the one night we stayed on the Rebecca began with unprecedented excitement from our 4 and 6 year old boys. Surrounded by boats, fish and with you're very own boat to explore this is a dream come true for kids. With bars and restaurants just 100m away it's also great for adults.
The Rebecca is well appointed and it was easy to settle in.
We slept so well and spent an idillyc morning fishing with an audience of seagulls before heading back into Spain for the rest of our holiday.
Things to know:
The showers on the Rebecca work but it's better to go to the marina facilities which are much better.
The runway for Gibraltar is at the end of the pier. It's no bother as they don't fly in unsociable hours, just don't panic when it looks like easy jet are going to land on you.
Staying here was the best thing we did while in Gibraltar, it is right in the middle of ocean Village with all the restaurants, bars and casino’s plus sunbathing on the boat and drinking sundowners on the upper deck,
We will come back
