this was the best value for money I have had for a long time for a city centre property! I booked a single room for 2 nights (not sure if I was upgraded or an error on the booking websites...they said 12sq m...was at least 20!) for less than 100 euros per night including all day breakfast! The room was modern and bright...comfortable bed...nice shower. Breakfast was a self service affair...but way better than you might find in a more famous chain. Its in the pedestrianised so parking was in the la sale car park about 5 minutes walk away for 14 euros per night

Highly recommended

My husband and I stayed for two nights last week and enjoyed many thoughtful touches at this otherwise modest hotel. The kitchen was open all day/ night and was always fully stocked with meat, cheese, yogurt, bread, and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The mini-fridge in the room had complementary bottles of water to carry throughout the day. The staff was friendly and were happy to call us a taxi as we checked out. Great location - would recommend!

It's very clean, service friendly and efficient. Location is a 3 min walk to the cathedral. Couldnt ask for more, really. There is Abastos farmers market that sells all sorts of fresh produce and cooked food stalls in a separate area. Also many pricier restos along the main streets leading to the cathedral or the park. Santiago is beautiful and this hotel was perfect for us. I will return to this place and hotel one day, God willing.

The hotel is located in a renewed building in the very historic center of the city. If you have a car you might have to park outsite the center and take a 12-min-walk (with your luggage) to get to the hotel.
It's all very new and well decorated. Very clean. Good breakfast and free snacks throughout the day.

We do not like the concept of 24 hours with small breakfast. We just need one good breakfast every day. Hardly any service, so we do not intend to come back. The room is clean and fine. But this is not worth the price.
