Friendly wait staff and tasty food (I had ceviche and chicken satay) in a cute little cafe. As I now live in Barcelona, I look forward to returning and trying other dishes.

We were googling for mexican restaurant and google suggested this one, however it contains maybe 2-3 mexican dishes, this was our first disappointment but it is more our fault. Cuisine is very mixed as you can see on trip advisor, from thai to latin food and ribs which we definitely did not like but again it was a confusion on google and trip advisor. Main point was that everything is way too expensive. We knew it is not a cheap place but at least we expected the food to be fantastic and I wouldn't say this at all. It was ok. Also my chillean friend ordered a mexican drink which in Koko she said was far from what it should be. Perhaps we only liked patatas bravas and the rest I was average food. Also we got patatas bravas quickly but other food which was only starters we had to wait 40mins... design and atmosphere was lovely, but this is not what we want at first when we go to eat. We all agreed we won't come again just because it is truly overpriced. All the food is from starters menu, not even from the main. So you can imagine that portions are not big but price...

We brought a work crew of 8, after a long day at a trade show. Found the place online, booked, no problem. We were not very impressed with the look when we arrived - DO NOT let this put you off.

The service was welcoming and personal from the start. We were hungry so ordered almost everything from the starter selection. It was all very good - the ceviches were excellent, also the gyoza. They are continually experimenting with the menu so the online menu is not fully up to date and we had several not currently listed.

For mains, we again had a wide variety. I had rack of lamb, which was very good. However, the agreed winners at the table were the Brazilian Moqueca and the Thai prawn curry. But all the dishes were good.

So far so good. Most of our group don't really do desert, but Belen, our hostess, who is fantastic, persuaded us to try one each of the deserts for sharing. They were outstanding, you should try to save some space for desert even if you are not a desert person.

After, Belen took us up to meet Hilario for a chat. They are serious about their food and their plans for the restaurant. If you fancy yourself as a bit of a foodie, you should pay them a visit.

Simple but very good food. Good street food vibe, with very good service. Particularly rated the humus and ceviche. Rather overpriced though for what it was.
