First of all thank you so much for the free upgrade, staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was great, neat , tidy and huge, our room was cleaned daily, and they were excellent cleaners, breakfast was awesome aswell. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect. It is literally on the Ramblas. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and obliging. It is a small quaint hotel and when I return to Barcelona I will most definitely stay here 👍🏻

We had a great stay at the Hotel Arc La Rambla. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a wonderful location. This was our second time staying at this hotel and will do so again next time we are in Barcelona.

3 days stay. Staff really helpful -got us tickets to football game as well as other enquiries. Room small but clean. Very Central to what our wants were. Really fun area to stay in.

Great location with decent size room. We included breakfast which was great way to start our busy days. Good variety of food available. We would consider staying at this locaton again if we ever get to Barcelona again.

Hotel is very well located on the bottom end of the Rambla. Easy walk to many attractions, shops transport etc. the room was compact but reasonable. Small fridge, no tea coffee. Good bathroom. Quiet room for sleeping. The biggest issue I had was with a green led exit light in the room. It illuminated the whole room at night. Drove me mad. Breakfast was good but if you go down after 9.30 lots of food has run out and they don’t seem to replenish. Otherwise reasonably comfortable

As for the green light, we would like to inform you that it has to be on the top of the door for safety regulations. In some rooms it may be more visible from the bed, depending on the position of the bed. Please, if you visit us in the future, just let us know and we will try to assign another type of room.
We regret to hear that when you came to have breakfast, you found that some products were missing. Our team at the breakfast service is constantly replenishing and we are confident that it was a punctual event, probably as a result of a work peak.
