This 2 bedroom apartment was cozy and well-located for the three of us who stayed there. There's an elevator in the building and the building is well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. Metro station is a few minutes from the apartment. There's a bakery and several restaurants and shops to the left and right of the entrance to the apartment building. We had a view of the Sagrada Familia from the balcony and the communal rooftop area. The pedestrian way right outside the door was a real bonus. It was a much nicer atmosphere than walking right out onto street activity of cars, trucks and motorcycles. At the opposite end of Ave de Gaudi is another Barcelona must see: the massive grounds of the Hospital de Sant Pau. This is an amazing complex of buildings and grounds that occupies several blocks. Beautiful mosaics are plentiful inside and outside.
