We got the room 511, on fifth floor, as soon as we got out from the elevator, we felt it was warm as it was our room too. We turned on the air-conditioned and it was not getting cold. We complained and no one came to see the problem, we complained again to the reception and they allocated us on second floor, unit 211. As soon as we got out of the elevator on second floor, we noticed the air-conditioned was working on this floor. Outside this problem with air-conditioned (took us about one hour waiting and changing rooms) our stay in this hotel was very good, with spacious and clean room, quiet street and good parking garage, easy to maneuver. We did not opt for breakfast.

Stayed here on the night of 9th January 2019 on our journey down to the Algarve. Check in was quick and easy and the bedroom was adequate. The evening meal was OK although I am not sure they were expecting many people to eat because the chef seemed surprised when he turned up. The breakfast was perfectly adequate.

The hotel is about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Valladolid on the flat so not strenuous. It is a very short walk to what looked like an exhibition centre and the area around the hotel is residential so I suspect that their normal clientele are business travellers.

All in all perfectly adequate and we would possible use this hotel again.

Confy beds, nice rooms, friendly staff for reasonable price. We loved or stay here! Breakfast was 5 🌟

For some reason the whole city had a funny smell when we were there, probably the chemical plant nearby.
