Fantastic location with parking on site. Hotel thoughtfully provided us with a map of how to access the garage as it was located in a pedestrian only area.

Great staff
Only downside was the breakfast. Very annoying toaster the handle of which kept falling off making it very difficult to retrieve the toast without burning oneself. Also coffee machine temperamental. Food selection not great.

Excellent location, very nice ambience, quiet room although a bit small for comfort; excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful even though could improve language skills. We had a nice and comfortable stay. Will visit again.

No better location than this just behind the Placa Major and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The welcome was outstanding from Roberto the Assistant Manager. Nothing was too much trouble. He sat us down - gave us a brief history of the town and gave an invaluable list of places to visit and eat. I have never been made to feel more welcome than one individual. He organised transport to various regional vineyards. This place makes a great base for exploring the Ribera del Duera.

Booked through Booking.com for a driving holiday in Spain. Arrived in Bilbao and drove over the mountains and arrived at the hotel in the evening. Very well placed in the centre of the city which is well worth a visit. A little difficult to find as booking.com had left the Calle off the street name. Spanish cities have complicated one-way systems and traffic lights. The hotel is elegant and very comfortable and quiet at night. For two about 76 euros with a fairly simple breakfast. No parking onsite, but secure just around the corner.

Very good hotel with h an amazing location.
Parking is not available on premises but is available at a public garage about two blocks away for €20 a day.
Food at the hotel is absolutely crazy expensive
The staff were extremely friendly and gave us a guided tour of the city at the front desk with the maps
