Two day stop for a nearby convention. Hotel room looks exactly how the picture states on website. The smell was something that bothered me. I think it was smoke. Maybe stuck on walls or carpet. The hotel says it has A/C but no matter how low I turned the thermostat the room was HOT! Breakfast was a little disappointing, they do not serve fresh coffee. It comes from a machine. The hotel is close to bars, shops. One thing we learned on first day, shops close from 2-5 and bars, restaurants close for food service from 5-9. We arrived at 5 and had to wait till 9 to eat. Front reception gave us a list of restaurants and sent us walking to all locations. It would have been nice if they at least told us to wait till 9...

The hotel is not new, however the staff and maintenance team work hard to keep the standards.
The location is the best of the hotel features because it is close to the top 10 places to visit in Valladolid and also in the heart of the nightlife.

I spent here 4 days in October on a business trip. I asked in advance for silent room, which i got so this is great that they could help. The hotel is in the city centre, room seemed a bit old, with a really clean bathroom. The staff was nice.

We often stay here on our way up and down Spain. Great central location, great rooms, great staff, food etc etc and very reasonably priced. Parking as well. The staff speak English and will help out if you try and speak Spanish badly.

The rooms are ok, but again with a old style, and in some cases they really need maintenance.
Breakfast is only available after 7:00, what for certain guests might be a problem.

This is a superb hotel, centrally located on plaza de San miguel. Ideal spot for all touristic places. Great shopping and restaurants. You have to pay for parking under the hotel, but it's worth it. Car is secure, and you won't need it whilst staying here. Parking in the street is very limited streets are very narrow.
