The location was fantastic! Our bedroom was great and we even had a cot. This hotel it’s family friendly. Regarding our breakfast buffets they were all good with a variety of bread, cheese, hams,muffins, cookies, yogurts and juices. The beds were comfortable and a good size bathroom. Highly recommended!

Good hotel at 10 mins walking of the center of the city. What I appreciated: clean and big room, quiet, easy parking & protected, excellent staff and the good breakfast with real orange juice and huevos frito. No wow feeling but very satisfied.

This was our third stay here in 2017 and we've already booked again for this year. As per my previous review it has everything we need. Good standard of accommodation, fabulous breakfast, free parking outside, supermarket and three bars nearby and all for a very reasonable price. If like us you are travelling with dogs, there is a vet nearby, plenty of green areas for late night/ early morning dog essentials and the old town is a 15-20 min walk through a lovely riverside park.
Heading from Santander to Madrid, our car broke down just outside Valladolid. After several hours trying to get sorted unsuccessfully? We were forced to find accommodation locally. We stayed in NH hotels before and always found them to be of a very high standard. Here in Valladolid is no different, after a stressful couple of hours we were glad to get booked in and relax with a couple of beers. Booked dinner in their restaurant and enjoyed. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Booked here with no hesitation as we had just recently stayed in NH coruna centro. This hotel is very easy to find if driving, has underground parking and free street parking right outside. The hotel has a bar, two more next door and a supermarket 200m away. We stayed on our way to Bilbao to catch the ferry home and were therefore delighted to find a vet 200 metres from hotel where we were able to get the worming tablet required for entrance to England, we walked in off the street, no appointment 6€ each dog - perfect! The location was good with green areas nearby to walk the dogs and a nice 20 minute walk from the old town via a lovely park along the riverside.
Our standard room was a little small for us, two dogs and a dog crate so would book a superior room next time, but it was clean and comfortable except the bed was a little hard and had a nice bathroom.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast excellent and we would definitely stay here again.
