We went to Jose Maria on our second night we heard the suckling pig was the best here. Well it did not disappoint; we were seated down stairs and the waiter was friendly and efficient. We both ordered the suckling pig as well as others from other tables, the head chef came down from the kitchen and treated everyone to a show of chopping up the pig with a plate and making each person's portion it was a terrific thing to watch. The pig was moist, crunchy and delicious we really enjoyed our meal and the show. Would definitely return to this restaurant when visiting
