This hotel could easily be rated a 4 star. My husband & I arrived early by train and, to our surprise, our room was ready! Our room on the sixth floor had a veranda with great views of the countryside and the Alcazar. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was great. Our room was very quiet and we enjoyed three restful nights. House-keeping was excellent. The front desk spoke fluent English and was very helpful with assisting us during our visit. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices including hot dishes. My only complaint was the slow expresso machine. Quite a line would form waiting for the expresso machine to perform it's magic. Every night my husband & I enjoyed the romantic sunsets over the Alcazar and surrounding countryside. We had a lovely stay!

Ridiculous stair situation from street to reception to elevator (1 floor up) to 6th floor. Elevator only runs from 4th to 5th floor. Stairs, stairs, stairs! Room was small with few amenities. Noisy neighborhood with dogs barking all night. Room tariff was too high for quality of room! Arrived at 1300. Was told that room would be ready by 1400. Returned at 1410. Maid not even in room to clean it. Was told 20 minutes more then was told 20 minutes more then was told 10 minutes more then was told 10 minutes more. Got room key just before 1500. I was lied to by staff! ¡¡No es bueno!!

Our room was nice, clean, spacious. The window was huge and a great view over breakfast area to countryside. Nice breeze during the day. The desk spoke English quite well and helped with Taxi service when we had problems calling them from the train station

What a great find. Located in the heart of the old part of Segovia. It looks like a tiny hotel, but looks are deceiving. Getting to this hotel by car requires a GPS and willingness to drive on old narrow roads in the heart of Segovia. They offer some parking but the garage is not large and cars are crammed in. There is a public parking garage just down the road and we took advantage of that.

We had room 606 on the top floor. It had a balcony with a great view of the countryside and looked down on the Iglesias of the Vera Cruz. It also had another window that could open offering a nice cross breeze. That window had views of neighboring roof tops and a church tower.

The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. It was a great value for the time of year and location. It felt updated and modern. It was very clean. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
