Visited this hotel in November 2017. Perfect location just in the heart of Burgos Old Tiwn. Room was convenient, nice view on the street of Burgos Old Town. There are two floors, 2nd floor - bedroom and bathroom + TV, 1st floor - sofa with table and TV. Breakfast and service totally is good enough for such small and beautyful city.

Relatively modern hotel, close to the cathedral. Staff were very warm and helpful. Our room, on the second floor was a tad small but did have a separate sitting area which was appreciated. The a/ unit in the bedroom was effective and like so many places in the region, the TV had mainly Spanish or French channels (though there was one Chinese TV channel that had segments of information in English). The breakfast buffet was a delight and includes freshly squeezed, cooked food and the usual array of options found in a business hotel. The price point I was given at reception is reasonable for an hotel of this rating, in this city. However, having booked with Greenlife Tours t/as CaminoWays I find that once again I was obscenely overcharged.

Just a short walk to the cathedral. We had room 105. Window on a courtyard. Very quite as there is a small room with a sitting area so the bedroom is set back away from the door. Bath room clean, nice shower. Breakfast was included and also quite good. Lots of selections. Parking available, but spaces are very small. You have to drive through a restricted zone. So you stop at a road block and push the button for "operator" then you say the hotel name and they let you in to the raod way. Very narrow streets.

OK, so finding this hotel in a car is a nightmare. GPS took us up to the castle and then tried to take us down a flight of stairs so DO get directions from the hotel. Approaching from the city center is better than from the cathedral. One you've made it the staff are welcoming, the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room (308) opened onto the courtyard and we were able to have the windows open all night (April) with no street noise even on a Saturday. It is 5 mins walk to the cathedral. Parking is a bit steep at 18 euros but you have no choice. Breakfast is good but not worth the high price.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the interior courtyard are quiet
