Clean, spacious, well equipped, fab views especially from bedroom.
set at top of very steep hill, easy to walk down to beach and handful bars and shops etc but really hard climb back up ... Get a taxi, they are pretty cheap - 4 euros down to Peurto.

“Comfortable clean quiet house with secure garage & views”
Reviewed 30 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Although this house was as described above it was quite basic regarding furnishings the sofa's were comfortable but only room for one person on one of them so if there were more than four people it would be a squeeze.
It lacked a few personal touches that we have experienced in other rentals ie it would benefit from a dvd player as no english tv channels & maybe a small radio although there were radio facilities on the tv.
There was a small shared pool with a few sun loungers provided and good views from there to the sea. From the back of the house on a clear day there were views to Teide ! Loro Parque was close by at the bottom of the hill. It took forty minutes to walk into the centre of town and as you can walk along the sea front it made a very pleasant walk, you have to keep in mind there is a very steep hill back up to the house so not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties unless you have the use of a car. You can get a taxi back for four Euros.

Thank you for your comments. There are 2 sofas, one for 2 guests, the other one for 3. As the maximum occupancy is 4, there isn´t a problem. The TV has a lot of radio channels. You can walk downtown in less than 20 minutes, but you can also enjoy the walk along the sea, and perhaps it can take longer. Hope to see you again, you have been very nice guests.

We rented the villa to holiday and celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted (quite late at night!) and made very welcome by Kati who showed us around the property and left us the keys. The electronic garage access was under the properties, with each villa having it's own reserved space. We were happy to know our hire car was parked and totally safe. The town house itself was pleasant and spacious for 2 people, and was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice sized fairly well equipped kitchen containing all the usual amenities - except dishwasher. The kitchen sink plug leaked so after running water to wash dishes or clean vegetables etc, it drained away pretty quickly. We solved this by simply folding some cling film and trapping it between the underside of the plug and plughole. There was plenty of cupboard space, and the fridge was a decent size too with a small freezer section. The view from the balcony was lovely to take in whilst eating meals or having a drink outside or catching some morning sun. The property is
East facing so the balcony is shaded in the very hot afternoon sun. Loungers were set up in a walled suntrap area to the side of the house which was lovely and very hot! The bedrooms were roomy with plenty of closet space, we would have preferred double beds though. The nearest grocery store (Lidl) was great and only a couple of minutes by car There are plenty of places nearby the house to eat out, and whilst a car is not really essential to get around the island it is so convenient to sight see and visit attractions. Any walk back to the house is for the fit as the inclines are pretty steep! Our only disappointment was the pool which we were under the impression was exclusive to the property we had rented, but it is a shared pool with the 2 or 3 neighbouring properties in the block, but on the whole, our 10 night stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Thanks for your comments, I see you enjoyed your stay. As you mentioned, we have 2 more properties at this complex. The pool is shared by them all (it is indicated in the advertisement). Anyway, during your whole stay, the other 2 apartments weren´t occupied, so the pool was only for you. The other 2 properties - Fragata and El Estanque - have one bedroom with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. And Fragata has also a dishwasher.

“A great place to stay for those looking for a quieter holiday”

We've just finished a 2 week stay (Mar - Apr). We loved it. It was very clean and the house and the surrounding area were very quiet. The underground car park space is very generous, though there is plenty of street parking in this part of town anyway (no more hunting for a car parking space - bliss!) . There are lovely views over Puerto from the patio and the main bedroom.

We highly recommend this accommodation.

Liked best: Peace and quiet and lovely accommodation. It was very convenient for the things that we were interested in.
Liked least: The bed was a little hard and a microwave would have been nice, but these are very minor quibbles and shouldn't put you off.

Thank you for your review. The pool is heated only during the colder months (usually from January - April). As we still have 24 temperature during the day it isnt that necessary. We enjoyed having you as guests.
