“AMAZING, FANTASTIC.”

When you look on trip advisor for places to rent in Las Palmas, This is one of the first places to come up, DONT waste any time looking for any where else!!! this apartment has the most amazing views, with a glorious sunset thrown in for free at the end of the day!. It also very well equipped , it is clean comfortable, with a large balcony where you can sit and watch the sea bouncing off the rocks below.
Victor, the owner was on hand to show us round when we arrived, and it was a nice touch to see that there were some basic provisions in the fridge, and we could have a relaxing drink after a long day travelling. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. I would recommend this apartment and look forward to returning sometime in the future.

'Wow' is what we thought watching the pictures of this place and then again on arrival and the whole time there, almost two weeks, pure sea view and a great sunset in the afternoon.

Located at a promenade this is a very nice and comfortable private condo in the La Isleta neighbourhood, perfect if you're looking for a nice urban-but-holiday-no-discotheque kind of stay with your partner and maybe a kid.

Two bedrooms, one has double beds, one a full size single bed, a living room connected to an open and fully equiped kitchen plus a bathroom with bathtub. This room has also a bidet if you want such a facility..
On top, actually everything is slightly more spacious than it appears on the pictures.
As somebody mentioned in a comment earlier, you might feel a little like being on a cruise ship.

WiFi works flawless, there is a modern TV for entertainment, mainly spanish TV stations but offering radio stations as well.

If you're travelling by car, parking situation in this area seems to be very tight,
at least it looked like that.. we haven't had one. From the airport to this place it costs you approx. 35 Euros by taxi, there are also some good bus conections from there.

Supermarket, lots of shops, a market hall with local products, cafes, restaurants, beach, main public transport connections - all in shortest walking distance and easy to find.

Remember, this is a private place, not a hotel, so there's no reception desk or such.
The owner Victor was very responsive on emails during our booking and stay, and he's realy taking care,
we actually didn't meet him personally, but he was represented by a nice lady who did the check-in affairs, she was also doing the cleaning once a week.
Probably it's good idea to have at least a mobile phone with you, we had one and everything was easy. Modern times..

Make a long story short, a definite recommendation.

When booking this apartment the owner Victor said he didn't speak English so the transaction was done via Google Translate and went very smoothly. On meeting Victor he spoke English very well but doesn't read it, he also couldn't be more helpful and was a pleasure to meet.
The apartment is easy to find and is an ideal location on the edge of the town between the beautiful Las Canteras beach and the more adventurous Las Confital area, personally I would advise on going to Confital, less sand but also less people and great rock coves for some privacy. Home to the surfers and a great place to chill out at sundown.
The Apartment itself was beautiful, it was almost like spending time in a room in an art gallery. Victor has taken great care over the apartment as he spends a lot of time there so this is a place that needs to be respected like a home and not a corporate holiday apartment.(not that a corporate apartment should be treated poorly) but it's not really the place for a stag/hen party trip.
As a home you will find everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. All cooking utensils and even hairdryer and an excellent iron. The television has enough channels for late night viewing and the language can be changed from Spanish to English. To be honest though with a balcony so good the view is where you will spend most of your time indoors looking.
The balcony is large and overlooks a small cliff face so there is the constant sound of the waves on rocks, very nice to listen to as you go to sleep.
There are local shops and a superdino supermarket less than 5 mins away. Also 5 mins away is a market area which turns into a cool hangout in the evening with a variety of independent bars. There is a large variety of restaurants within walking distance.
I recommend this apartment as highly as I possibly can and it was really sad to leave it..
