The house has a lovely view across the Bay of Palma right up to Palma town itself. However, we seem to have been the first occupiers of the season and the house was cold and damp when we arrived. We turned on heaters in the rooms we were using, and lit log fires in the living room, but even with the expense of the electricity and logs we could not get the house warm enough. Added to that, the sun did not reach the windows at the rear of the house, so even on sunny days it did not help. It has a very large pool but in February it was not useful. The property is not conveniently located for the main attractions of Majorca and we did a lot of driving during our week's stay. There are restaurants within a short drive, but not of any great standard. The house itself is rather tired looking. A large family or group of friends who wanted to spend lots of time round the pool and cater for themselves may find it suitable in summer.
