Start by the Mayor Palace and walk up the narrow stone streets of the Parte Vieja de San Sebastián. Great bars/restaurants along the way for pinchos and drinks!

Came here for a few hours after a work conference - a lovely city with a magnificent cathedral, a magical old town area, fabulous beaches & bay area plus a glorious circular coastal walk we did which took about an hour with great views, helped by the sunny weather we enjoyed. Would definitely like to return to this place for at least a few days if not more.

Beautiful beach in a beautiful setting. It is calm, but not your warm Caribbean beach. Surrounded by restaurants, bars and the old town. It is a great setting in a very cozy setting.

The streets of any city is where you can learn alot of where you are staying and depending on the time of will indicate where you could eat. Extremely pretty and if you look up you get to see all the different tile work and how pretty the streets are with the different iron work of the apartments. Don't forget to look at the different textures of the buildings, this can tell you a lot about the building itself. The people are friendly and willing to help. Many of the younger people speak English.

Strolled around for hours doing everything that can be done on a vacation! Fantastic food, good beers and wine, plus shopped until we dropped!
