We stayed here recently. Apart from some very loud pensioners (milling about when we arrived) this place was very quiet. Room was nice (good size, slightly dated) & overall good value at 55 euros via 3rd party site. Good location just up a slight hill from town & only 10 minutes stroll to San Lorenzo Beach. I assume more pricey June onwards. There is lots of parking space on the road in front of the hill at this time of year so no need to pay 8 euros for parking under the hotel.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. All in all very good value, will definitely repeat if I go again. Only but was breakfast, not included in price but we decided to give it a try - not a good idea... Rubbery toast, unattractive food and not very good quality.

Friendly hotel , yes decor is a little dated but the rooms are clean , I stayed as a part of a group of 20 found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is a short walk to the beach and the town . The atmosphere is relaxed and I would be happy to stay there again.

Went to Gijon for working reasons and stayed there for 2 nights during the holiday season as other hotels in Gijon were full.

The hotel is old and very tired and rooms are not soundproof as you can listen the noise from your neighbours in the hotel.

Breakfast is quite nice, wifi is reasonable.

Location is 10 min walking distance to the beginning of the beach in a quiet zone of Gijon.

Must have been good someday in the past as the Rolling Stones stayed there a long time ago!

This place reeks of the 1970's. Literally, it does have a foisty smell and the decor clearly hasn't been touched in a very very long time. We were given a room and when we got there, it had a plaque proclaiming Keith Richards stayed here for one night, in this very room, in 1995 for one night. After opening the door, we decided one night was enough for us as well.

The pillow smelled damp, the bathroom decor was an assault on the eyes, the whole place reeks of deprivation.

Don't stay here, it's a complete waste of money.
