I was taken to this eatery as a guest of some work colleagues on a visit to Zaragoza.
The first thing that hit me, apart from the heat outside, was the huge cider kegs where the owner was very happy to pour a cold cider for you the moment you take your table.
We had several courses, anchovies in salt (a bit salty for me), tomatoes and jamon (with a bit of salt added) and the main course, a huge piece of rib steak to share on a hot plate to cook it a little more if you were not into eating it raw....it had been flashed in a pan and some salt added!!!
All in all, while salty, it was delicious and I enjoyed our meal. There was ice cream to finish and you just need to accept that the Spanish love their salt and you will have a good meal!!!
