Nicely located, close to all POI. We had a family room (suite). Comfortable beds. All modern amenities in the room. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Would be our choice again if we go back to Zaragoza

Dear guests,

Thank you for choosing us for your stay in Zaragoza! Thank you for recommending our hotel to other travelers!

We are happy to know that all the family enjoyed their stay with us. Our hotel is perfect for families. We offer a cot for the baby and a baby bathtub as well UNDER REQUEST and free of charge. In our cafeteria we have a baby high chair so that the babies can seat and eat during breakfast time.

It´s worth visiting Zaragoza for more that 1 day to discover all the charms and sites. Hope you have the chance to come back for a longer stay, we will be pleased to welcome you with open arms :-)

Best regards,
The Sauce Team

The Hotel Sauce lived up to all of its reviews. The hotel provided an excellent room, great service, and a tasty breakfast to boot. The staff even helped me get our rental car in and out of the tiny garage across the street. The location is close to the basilica, Roman ruins, and a number of excellent restaurants.

Dear Guests,

We are happy to know that we have succeeded your expectations.

Yes, our hotel is very convenient because everything is round the corner. We offer parking service across the street but you don´t need to take the car in and out of the garage during your stay because everything is walking distance. The price for a parking place is 15 € / day ( TAX INCLUDED) but it is not necessary to reserve in advance, you can make your decision upon arrival. You can park you car in our bay, or place reserved for our guests only, in the street at the front door of the hotel and once you unload your luggage and once you are at reception desk we will guide you to your parking place.

Our buffet breakfast is a good choice to start the day with energy. The pastries are recently baked and our Spanish omelet is freshly cooked. We also offer ham, cheese, toasts, seasonal fruit, cereal, yogurt, homemade jam, juices, freshly made coffee and tea etc. We are happy to know that you really enjoyed our breakfast.

Thank you very much for your opinion and collaboration.

Kindest regards,
The Sauce Team

I was surprised at how nice this hotel is for the money. The location is great and the staff went out of its way to be helpful. The room was nicely renovated with a new bathroom and was quite large. They breakfast was great, especially for the money (around 9 euros). Excellent value. I would highly recommend it.

We are family run hotel, and we always think that a smile makes sense :-) We like to treat and help our guests in a friendly and professional way. Yes, in the past year we have renovated all the hotel. We have reformed all the bathrooms and we have changed the decoration of all rooms. The common areas have also been renovated.

The secret of our delicious breakfast is that is made and served with love and care :-)

We are glad to see that you enjoyed a perfect stay with us.

Thank you for your help in recommending our hotel to other travelers. Your collaboration is priceless.

Warm regards,
The Sauce Team

Hard to find without a GPS, but once you do be advised that there is little space to unload your baggage if you arrive by car. They have parking down and across the street for 15 Euros, in a protected underground garage. Don't miss it or you will have to drive 2k to get back to the front of the hotel. Once you get situated, your hosts will treat you very well. The rooms are nice with a good bath and shower. Here comes the best part. You are in the best place in the city to check out the sights. Tons of food shops and restaurants are close at hand as well. Zaragoza is a hidden gem and not as overcrowded with tourists like other European cities, so walk about at your leisure and enjoy the sights. One caution, it is very hot there in the summer, so plan your hikes accordingly. It reached 44 C when we were there.

Really friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble in a really convenient location within walking distance of all the attractions. Spent 3 nights here prior to heading for the mountains and will certainly do so again. Taxi arranged from the airport and to the railway station which takes the worry out of finding your own way and all at a reasonable cost, plus a very friendly and likeable taxi driver.
Nice to feel welcome in such a big city rather than just a commodity so hope other travelers find the same positive aspects as ourselves. Situated in the old city so a real local feel about the place.
Highly recommended but if you are looking for 5* luxury this is not for you as this is a small family concern who are genuinely concerned about their guests. Lovely home made jams and super coffee!!
