The apartment is location in the historical center of city and within easy walking distance to many of the sites. We found the apartment to be clean, spacious and quiet.

“Great location and lots of space! Old Spanish Charm”
Reviewed 14 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

The apartment is in a perfect location very convenient to everything. Perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city. The apartment is spacious, has a very effective Air conditioning system. The owner was very helpful and friendly but we never met in person, only talked on the phone. The apartment does have somewhat of an older look and tired furnishings. Some appliances and kitchen fixtures could definitely be updated. Also you can easily detect that there has been some smoking in the apartment which I guess is very common and accepted in Spain but was not very pleasant for us coming from the US.
Overall, it was a nice and convenient place t stay for three days.

“Perfect situation - characterful apartment.”

This apartment is perfectly sited in the old town of Seville, about twenty minutes walk from the main railway station and about five minutes from the cathedral. All major attractions are very centrally-placed, and taxis are easily available on Calle Alemanes. The apartment itself is furnished in characterful style, and is very comfortable, with a kitchen which is mostly well-equipped. If you like cooking for yourself, the best supermarket is El Corte Ingles on Plaza Duque de la Victoria, which has greater choice than the smaller, nearer store on Calle Mendez Nunez. The apartment itself is 2A; we had a problem locating it, initially, as we collected the keys from the local bar, but the staff didn't know the number of the apartment, and there was no indication on the keys. You'll need a bit of Spanish to get by, as well.

Liked best: Just about everything - comfortable, well-sited, friendly and helpful owner.

“Perfect location, fantastic apartment, lovely host”
Reviewed 6 September 2015 for a stay in August 2015

This apartment was quite a find. The photos nor the description did it justice, it was a lot nicer!
First of all Reyes collected us from the train station, she was very charming and friendly. The apartment had one bedroom with two singles beds (the master bedroom) and the other bedroom had bunk beds - that is worth knowing and it was fine for my adult and teenage daughters. It might be less fine for a couple. My daughter and son in law slept in the living room on a sofa bed which was comfortable but quite small. All the other beds were very comfy too. The bonus was two shower rooms which is handy with 6 people. The apartment was very clean with lovely towels and all the necessary things in the bathroom such as shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen was well equipped too. Some oil and small cooking ingredients may have also helped. We wanted to clean altho end of the stay but could not understand the cleaning materials as we did not speak Spanish, nor could we understand the washing machine so some explanation or instructions in English would be a help. There was A/C in the living room but it was nicer to open the balcony doors which were amazing and there was a lovely view over the street. The bedrooms both had fans which was useful as it was very hot. The cafe/bar at the end of the street Bar Estrella served lovely tapas but our favourite restaurant was called 'The Room' just around the corner in the square. The food was exceptional and apparently there was a famous chef there. It was our best meal in Andalusia. It and wi fi too.

“An Old But Perfect Sevillian Apartment”
Reviewed 6 August 2015 for a stay in May 2015

My niece and I rented this 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment from May-July, 2015. We were in the heart of the historic area, close to public transportation and within walking distance to the river. We were surrounded by restaurants and we ate at most of them. We didn't think we needed two bathrooms but having our own made it nice, especially since they were new and modern. We overlooked a dead-end street with a lot of walking traffic which made for interesting viewing from our 2nd floor apt. There was AC in the front room that was perfect for us because we spent most of our time there on our computers - there is good wi-fi connection. We left the AC on at night and with fans in the bedrooms we slept comfortably in the hot summer heat of Seville. The back bedroom with bunkbeds is ideal for children but since we didn't want to share a bedroom, my older niece used it and made it her own . Front bedroom has two narrow twin beds, a little hard but I put a fluffy comforter on top of the mattress which made it softer. We had a perfect size kitchen with stove top and oven and large refrigerator and a lot of counter space. We used the kitchen quite a bit. Our cleaning lady, Marie, came twice a month and we loved coming home to a clean apt. . The owners/renters Reyes and Sara can be reached easily for questions or help but they basically left us alone so we felt trusted. We recommend this apartment for short or long stays because it's so close to everything and you will love the church bells from the Cathedral.
