Beautiful hotel which restored our faith in experiencing the Real Seville. It stands like a grande dame, quiet and confident among its peers who want to show off their new found money with their soulless bling and sparkle. If only we had discovered her before ! The people are just as gracious as the hotel...it’s not called Casa for nothing; it is like being in an old Seville home. Our room was fantastic, cute bathroom and if you follow the mosaic floors there is a small plunge pool for dipping your tired feet in.

The location was fantastic, it’s tucked away from the hyper touristy areas of the Cathedral so the restaurants are more authentic (and cheaper !). Yet it is a stone’s throw from everything you want to see as a tourist and then you can disappear back into this breath of fresh air. We loved it and will be back !

It was extremely difficult to sleep without AC, almost for my son of 3 years! Apparently no AC was not working only in our room and no maintenance service available....
The temperature that day was 35+C

The personnel was not very helpful to resolve this issue...

Hotel reception staff, especially Anna, were extremely welcoming and helpful when we had had to change plans suddenly and found ourselves without accomodation. Breakfast in the open air every morning very pleasant and again lovely staff.

Room Tip: Our room was very quiet and noise never a problem. Our room was also large, very Spanish and spotlessly clean.

I have never been so disappointed with a hotel stay.
The breakfast was rubbish - yoghurts out of date, stale bread, warm juice.
The bed was incredibly unfortable, as well as the floors outside the room... beware they stain your feet red... we told this to the receptionist and she laughed.
Don’t go here. It may look pretty and different on the photos but it’s really not.

Beautiful old building with fantastic history, numerous courtyards and amazing views from a huge rooftop terrace. The reception staff were really friendly, helpful and extremly knowledgeable of the city and sites. But the hotel is old and tired, the courtyards and terraces are in desperate need of a really good clean and the whole place needs a general upgrade. Our first room off a courtyard at the back of the hotel smelt really damp and was really dark, there was a plunge pool in the courtyard which I doubt the local birds even use! we asked if any other rooms were available and were given the keys to a room on the first floor which was better but still had a lot of room for improvement. The hotel could be made really good with a bit of time and effort without spoiling the charm and character. I would rate it a 2/3 star at best which is a real shame as this does not really do the reception staff justice.
