“You can't do better”
Reviewed 1 January 2014 for a stay in December 2013

Everything was better than advertised. The owner speaks English very well (and probably a few other languages) and really goes the extra mile to insure you have a great time. The 2 page, personalized email, of suggested restaurants and sights prior to our trip was spot on point. Email and phone calls prior to, and during, the trip gives one the impression they have their own personal concierge. Location is close enough to all the sights to be great, and far enough from the traffic to be quiet. I would lease again in a heart beat. The marble and tasteful decorating rival that of 5 star hotels- without the hassles/price. Mattresses, pillows, and furniture extremely comfortable. Loved everything for 5 nights.

“Wonderful, Luxurious Villa - Great for large groups.”
Reviewed 28 March 2013 for a stay in March 2013

This home was everything we had expected and more. We comfortably slept 2 families with a total of 10 people. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The home was an easy walk to all the great parts of Seville. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The property was very clean and comfortable. The bedding and bathrooms felt very clean and beds were comfortable. There are a lot of stairs since there are 4 floors so plan to get exercise between cooking breakfast and getting the kids dressed. However, the home is very luxurious and a great example of European living. The owners even left us a bowl of fresh fruit and some juice and water for our arrival. It was also fairly quiet except during the weekdays when the nearby church bell sounded at 8:30am. That was a little annoying but also kind of quaint. How often do you wake up to a church tower bell ringing?!?

The only complaint was the first floor bathroom did not drain well in the shower so it had a musty smell and required time between showers. However, there are plenty of other bathrooms to use. It really was only a minor annoyance.

We would definitely stay there again if/when we visit Seville with a large group.

“Exceeds Expectations”
Reviewed 7 January 2013 for a stay in January 2013

The pictures don't do justice to the large, clean, perfectly situated home in the historic part of Seville. The owners met us when we arrived and were available by phone to answer the few questions we had over our three days. Our group of ten, including six teenagers, was able to spread out and have privacy but gather in the large dining room and living room and use the modern kitchen. We walked out every day and every destination that we wanted to see was in walking distance, as were many top rated restaurants and bars. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the fabulous rooftop patio but it will be wonderful at other times of the year. Nicely equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer upstairs. We'll definitely stay here again if we're back in Seville. A bit of advice: don't take a car into the old town unless you really have to or you enjoy a challenge. Some of the passageways are incredibly narrow. We went in to drop off luggage before returning a rental car and made it out with less than an inch on both sides of the car!
